How to use the extruder to be more energy efficient
The energy saving of the extruder can be divided into two parts: one is the power part and the other is the heating part.

Working process: The plastic material enters the extruder from the hopper, and is transported forward by the rotation of the screw. In the process of forward movement, the material is melted by the heating of the barrel, the shear and compression brought by the screw, thus realizing the change between the three states of glass state, high elastic state and viscous flow state.
In the case of pressure, the material in the viscous flow state passes through the mouth die with a certain shape, and then becomes a continuous body with similar cross section and mouth shape according to the mouth die. Then it is cooled and shaped to form a glass state, and the parts required for processing are obtained.
